Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, there were a sofa bed, central heating and an iron available. Location: the hotel was next to Scotland, Callander and the restaurant. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby. ...  

Hotel management appeared very comfortable with the fact that we had two large dogs with us.

The owners and staff are always very friendly and keen to please. Callander is a delightfull Scottish town and an ideal base for exploring the Trossachs and beyond.

This is an observation and not a complaint but room 3 is very small.

I stayed for one night in a Standard Double Room. The spacious and well-furnished room, and the high-quality breakfast showcased locally sourced ingredients. I found the en-suite shower unit quite small, which detracted from the overall comfort and convenience of the stay.

Very good food and nice furnishings particularly in the new bar area and dining room.

The booking in area/office could be slightly improved

We arrived early but our room was ready so we settled in. The room was very large and beautifully decorated with quality furnishings. The staff were great and the food for the evening meal exceptional. Public...  

Charming historical ambiance

Central location with lovely country surroundings. Comfortable clean room with a tasty full english breakfast in a lovely dining room.

We had an excellent meal in the dining room and the bedroom was beautiful.The owners were very nice and we really enjoyed our stay and will return in the near future.
